Can I book a production date in advance?

Here Comes The Bride is often fully booked from 1 to 2 months in advance so it is recommended to book a production date with us as soon as possible. We take advance bookings up to 12 month in advance.

I am not sure on my final numbers...

Please give us a good estimate on the numbers of invitations, place cards etc required on your order form. If at a later date, if more or less is required we will adjust your final invoice (Note: as long as work has not already started)

How long before I receive my order?

Customers should expect to receive their order approx 7-10 working days from their booked production date.

How will my order be delivered?

We use Parcelforce to deliver a majority of our orders. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday and will require a signature. We are more than happy to send orders to work addresses (please mark on order form). If you are not in to sign, then most deliveries will be left at your local Post Office.

How much is Delivery?

Each delivery sent out to you will be charged at £10.00

Do your require a deposit?

Yes, you will be asked to pay a 50% deposit on the total order cost when returning your order form. The remaining 50% and postage costs are payable within 7 days of delivery of the last item ordered.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order, you are free to order whatever quantity you require of any of the items available.

How do I order a sample?

Samples can be ordered at the bottom of each designs page.  Here you can tell us your colour scheme details.

Can I change the colour of the design I have seen?

All of our designs are available in lots of different colours and colour combinations. Please do not hesitate to get in touch to discuss your requirements.  

Do your invitations come with envelopes?

All our invitations come with envelopes for posting included in the price. If you are ordering an RSVP card and envelope the envelope will come printed with the return address.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cheque, Debit/Credit Card (Via PayPal) or BACS Transfer

Can I use a foreign language on my invitations?

We are more than happy to print your invitations in a foreign language. Text for invitation must be supplied electronically and customer must be particularly careful when checking proofs. Please not that not all fonts work with all languages.

Can you match colours from a swatch I can give you?

Yes, we are more than happy to match ribbon, card etc to a colour swatch you have be it a fabric swatch, paint chart etc.

Can I choose my own wording?

We have a number of wording templates available which can be used to guide you. Please feel free to supply us with you own wording by attaching a typed document to your order form.

Can I choose my own font?

All of our designs have had their fonts carefully chosen to compliment the theme and design. We highly recommend that you choose the font that we have selected for each design. However if you have something in particular in mind, please do get in touch to discuss this.
