Samples
Samples of all our designs can
be ordered at the bottom of
each designs page.
1. Have you had a sample from us? We strongly recommend that you order a sample of your chosen design in your colour scheme before placing your confirmed order.
2. Book a production slot. Please telephone or email with an idea of when you would like to take delivery of your stationery - a production space will be then booked for you.
3. Complete and order form. Enclosed with your sample will be an order form. Please complete and return this to us along with a 50% deposit based on your total order.
If you have ordered an ‘information card’ or would like your guests names printed inside the invitation, please mark these on the order form and then email the text/guests names to us.
If you would like to order ‘on the day’ stationery like place cards, table plan etc, it is highly recommended that this is included on your order form to guarantee a second production is booked for you nearer your wedding day. Wordings/names/details/final quantities for ‘on the day’ stationery will not be required until 4 weeks before your wedding day. You will never be charged for lesser items required and your outstanding invoice will reflect this.
4. Proofs are completed. A full set of proofs will be posted to you to check. We ask you to check these carefully, mark any amends you have on the sheets and then return to us in the enclosed addressed envelope. We will then make any amends requested prior to completing your order.
5. Order dispatched. We will get in contact to arrange a suitable delivery day with you. Orders are normally shipped by Parcelforce and require a signature. We are happy to ship to a different address to your home address i.e. work address if required.
6. Ordering ‘On the Day’ Stationery? If these have been specified on your order form, a second production date is automatically booked for you for around 2 - 4 weeks before your wedding. We ask that once these details have been confirmed, that they be emailed to us for proofing no later than 4 weeks before your wedding date. Please supply this information on either a Word or Excel document attached to an email.

We work on a system, where by customers are booked into our diary based on their requirements or the next production space available. This is on a first come, first served basis no matter the size of the order.
